I found that meeting with other professors for this project has ended up being the hardest part of the project. Though I have a rapport with both of them they are often tied up with other classes and making time to discuss my portfolio is an additional task during an already demanding schedule.
I was able to meet one of my professors via Zoom though it was his first time hosting one. I did receive some good input that I will take to heart moving forward. The biggest concern my instructors have is access. Being retired military I have access to different bases around Jacksonville.
An artist I was asked to look at the work of Edward Burtynsky who's photographs document absolute devastation of our ecosystem in a beautiful way. Burtynsky uses a lot more drone photography than I would like but overall he captures compelling images.
