Vedvick-AI Receipt Agent is a private automation tool operated by Christopher Vedvick for Vedvick Group LLC. This policy explains how the tool accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data.

Information accessed

When a user voluntarily connects a Google account, the tool receives read-only access to Gmail messages and related information. This may include message metadata, sender and recipient information, subject lines, message content, and receipt or invoice attachments.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to locate receipts, invoices, order confirmations, payment confirmations, and other potential expenditure records authorized by the account owner. The tool may extract details such as the merchant, transaction date, amount, tax, invoice number, expense category, and source account so the user can review and organize expenses.

The tool does not send email, change email, delete email, or mark messages as read.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials, workflow information, execution logs, and extracted expense records may be stored on the private automation system used to operate the tool. Information is retained only as long as needed for the expense-management purpose or until the account owner requests deletion. Original email remains in the user’s Gmail account.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Information may be disclosed only when directed by the account owner, when necessary to operate the requested expense workflow, or when required by law.

Security

The tool uses read-only access, encrypted connections, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect user data. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

User control

Users may disconnect the tool at any time through their Google Account permissions. Users may also request deletion of stored information by contacting christopher@vedvick.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Vedvick-AI Receipt Agent’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the tool or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when updates are made.
