Terms of Service
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of Vedvick-AI Receipt Agent, a private automation tool operated by Christopher Vedvick for Vedvick Group LLC.
Authorized use
Only an account owner, or someone with the account owner’s permission, may connect a Google account. By connecting an account, the user authorizes the tool to access Gmail information using the permissions displayed by Google.
Service purpose
The tool uses read-only Gmail access to locate potential receipts, invoices, order confirmations, payment confirmations, and expenditure records. It may organize and extract information for the user’s review.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for reviewing all extracted information for accuracy. The tool may misidentify transactions, overlook messages, duplicate records, or extract an incorrect merchant, date, amount, tax, category, or other detail.
No accounting or tax advice
Information produced by the tool is for organizational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and should not replace review by a qualified professional.
Prohibited use
Users may not connect an account without authorization, use the tool for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass security controls, or use information obtained through the tool in violation of another person’s rights.
Availability and security
The tool may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Reasonable safeguards are used, but uninterrupted operation and complete security cannot be guaranteed.
Disconnecting the service
A user may revoke the tool’s Google access through Google Account permissions. The user may request deletion of stored information by contacting christopher@vedvick.com.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the tool and its operator are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate extracted information, missed records, service interruptions, unauthorized use, or decisions made from the tool’s output.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the tool or its practices change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
